Sarah has been working with the Samantha June Team for years and has successfully assisted each one of her clients in seamlessly making it to the closing table. Sarah has 10 years of experience in real estate and started her career as a real estate agent before transitioning to a transaction coordinator. You won’t hear from Sarah until you are under contract as a buyer or seller, but once you are, she will make sure you hit the ground running. Sarah’s job on Samantha’s team is to connect all parties such as buyer’s agent, seller’s agent, buyers attorney, sellers attorney, lender, inspector, appraiser, fire marshal etc. so that the file is progressively moved forward on a daily basis. Sarah leaves no room for error and when working with her to get to the closing table, there will not be a stone left unturned. Sarah is a wife and mother of two. When she is not helping Samantha achieve success, she is spending time with her husband and kids and enjoys the great New England outdoors. When Sarah is not working, you will find her in the hockey rink cheering her son or enjoying her daughter’s music events and cross country meets. In the warmer months you will find Sarah on the beach, poolside or golfing!

Nikole has been a part of the Samantha June Team for over a year, bringing three years of experience as an assistant in real estate. She has successfully managed a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, drafting offers and listing documents, and coordinating social media postings. She also plays a role in client relations, ensuring showings are scheduled seamlessly and keeping in close contact with clients throughout the process. Outside of work, Nikole has a passion for gardening, dancing, and singing. She unwinds by diving into murder mysteries and exploring new cuisines and cultures. When not assisting clients, you might find her traveling to different places, always eager for the next adventure.
